Cool location with lots of great selections. The adult beverages are also appreciated after a long day or week.

Many choices of different ethnic foods. Service is very friendly. I saw a smile at every cart I looked at. Lots of indoor seating. I went on a cool, crisp, sunny day. They had all the doors closed and the fan was off. It made it very stuffy inside. Some airflow would have felt better and fresher inside. I chose Thai Cart and the Ramen cart. Our food was delicious. This is the best food court I have ever been to.

This is a wonderful food cart/truck spot located in Happy valley. What's cool about this place, they have a cool indoor seating venue. I didn't order much but the place is really cool

Very family friendly covered seating venue. 16-18 vendors. Seafood boil truck offered selections @ different price points. Opt for the 20 piece shrimp. Tiki Marsala at another truck was tasty. Stopped for a coffee infused soft serve cone with coconut sprinkles. Plan on each entree costing $12-17. Will go back.

A nice newer looking cart pod with at least 18 carts. Lots of cuisines are available with a good blend of east & south Asian foods as well as Latin & Western styling. There are also a few drink, dessert, and bakery options. The spaces for dining and parking are limited ergo, only 4 stars. A weekend evening dining here could be a challenge. Also, this cart pod seems to have more flies than usual. Still, it's a perfectly fine indoor/outdoor space with clean restrooms.

Happy Valley Station was a lot of fun- great suggestion from my husband. LOTS of choice, from seafood, to Thai, to smash burgers, pizza, cheesesteak, Mexican, and the LIST GOES ON. They also had lots of toddler-height busy boards along the wall that kept my 1 y.o. happy during our visit. We chose chicken tenders and cheesesteak; the cheesesteak was my favorite, which is a stretch from me because I don't really care for hot sandwiches. The provolone cheesesteak- lots of cheese, very tender, French roll was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken tenders (from the mafia themed place) were also delicious- they were piping hot, chicken was perfectly cooked, and the crust was crunchy but THIN- lots of meat vs breading. We also opted for some cider and kombucha to refresh ourselves, delicious. Definitely needed them considering how hot it was inside of the open building (my reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars). It was SO HOT inside. We visited around 2pm and it was 84 degrees outside, but all of their large garage doors were opened and you just didn't catch a breeze- there was only 1 fan in the entire place. I also thought it was a shitty practice to charge for a glass of tap water from the bar ($1). If it's that hot inside, there should just be a tap water station for patrons. Overall, we really liked this place and will definitely be coming back. But I'll remember to bring my Hydroflask inside next time so I don't die of a heat stroke (/s).

I love a food truck spot with Kombucha on tap and gluten-free options. Convenient location, but the parking lot gets full on Fridays and weekends.

The Happy Valley Station Food Carts is a great place for all tastes and cultures. They have a great parking lot that is clean and safe, clean indoor restrooms and ample seating space for everyone dining. A couple of items we tried, was the Sweet Spot bar, we shared a Salted Carmel Soft Cone. A great way to end our meal with, yummy! Quick to order and service. With our meal we shared a nice dark Carmel Porter from the Happy Valley Station Bar. You have to try this cold and refreshing Porter. Take a drive to Happy Valley Station Food Trucks worth the drive!

The gyro was really good. The roasted potatoes were also really good! My husband had the cheeseburger and fries. Those were really good as well. The fries were nothing special, but still good and the margarita was amazing! The service was fast. The food came out hot. overall experience 10 out of 10 definitely will be going back!
